As of Janurary 1st 2012, Subaru Steel Co.,Ltd. will become a subsidiary company of |
| Hanwa Co.,Ltd. , who will own 97% of total shares issued. The name of Subaru Steel |
| Co.,Ltd. will remain unchanged even after Hanwa's acquisition. New Subaru will take |
| over Subaru's allworkers and use its head quarter as new Subaru's main office. |
| Current president Mr.Nobuhito Morita will continue to be a president. |
