Recycling of Recovered Paper
Accelerate a circular society
The recovery rate of recovered paper in Japan is high, 80% or
better, and we play a part in this.
For the past 30 years, we have been selling a variety of
recovered paper as a raw material for papermaking-from general
recovered paper such as newspapers and cardboard to high-grade
paper such as milk carton and printing paper-to domestic and
overseas paper manufacturers.
In recent years, we also
handle properly managed forest wood and environmentally friendly
packaging material made from recycled paper.

With environmental problems and resource scarcity
internationally, demand for recovered paper in other countries
is growing.
We also export recovered paper, and our major customers
are in Vietnam and other ASEAN countries.
Overseas,
recovered paper is reused as raw material for paper, just as
it is in Japan.
