High-grade aqueous urea, with urea as the main component, is
used as a reactant to deoxidize a nitrogen compound (nitrous
oxide; NOx).
We are also handling urea to be used in fertilizer,
industry, automobiles, ships, and more, and we have a top share
in Japan. By deoxidizing the nitrogen compound in the exhaust of
diesel automobiles such as large trucks and large buses, we are
contributing to preventing the release of greenhouse gases into
the atmosphere.

Particle boards to be used as the base layers of buildings and
floors are made by compressing bonded recycled wood chips.
Some of these released formaldehyde and could cause sick house
syndrome.
Now, resins including urea are used as the bond to
reduce the release of formaldehyde, and we supply urea to
particle board manufacturers.
