Hanwa Co., Ltd. (“Hanwa”) has published the English version of the “Integrated Report 2025.”
Hanwa has been continuously publishing integrated reports since fiscal 2019 so that our stakeholders can deepen their understanding of our medium- to long-term value creation.
In this year’s report, we present the President’s Message, the progress of our Medium-Term Business Plan 2025 “Run up to HANWA 2030 – Soar into the next stage challenging the status quo,” and enhanced disclosures on our sustainability initiatives and risk management framework. We have also included an Audit and Supervisory Committee Member Roundtable to further deepen understanding of our governance structure.

●Initiatives for Environment and Human Resources
This fiscal year, we implemented several new initiatives, including calculating　Scope 3, conducting initial analysis based on TNFD recommendations and a supply chain questionnaire on ESG initiatives among select suppliers—all of which are disclosed in the report. We have also further enhanced our disclosures based on TCFD recommendations.
●Risk Management
We strengthened disclosures on our risk management framework and processes, aiming at the advancement of risk management structure.
●Audit and Supervisory Committee Member Roundtable
We included the contents of an Audit and Supervisory Committee Member Roundtable, discussing the background, purpose, and future direction of our transition to a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee.

We hope this report will deepen your understanding of our initiatives. Through this report, we aim to further enhance our corporate value by deepening dialogue with our stakeholders.
